Subscription Policy

Overview

AthleteRX offers subscription options through our partner Recharge so you can stay stocked up on your favourite hygiene products without needing to reorder.
When you subscribe, you agree to recurring payments based on your selected delivery frequency. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically until you cancel.

No Lock-In Contract

We don’t believe in lock-ins or long-term commitments. All subscriptions are flexible and commitment-free.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date through your customer account.

If you ever need help managing your subscription, email us at support@athleterx.co and we’ll assist you.

Billing & Renewals

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.

  • You’ll receive an email reminder before your next charge so you can make changes if needed.

  • Please make sure your payment method and shipping details are up to date.

  • If a payment fails, your subscription may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

All subscription orders are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This includes renewals that have already been charged, even if your order has not yet shipped.

If you wish to stop future charges, please cancel before your next billing date.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Cancellations After Renewal

If you cancel after your renewal has been charged, your order will still be shipped as scheduled.
Your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your AthleteRX account:

From there, you can:

  • Update your payment details or address

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Skip a delivery

  • Pause or cancel your subscription
