A. When You Buy Products or Begin a SubscriptionSubmitting an Order

By placing an order to purchase a Product or to begin a Subscription using the Website’s functionality, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method you provide with your Order.

Submitting an Order is your offer to enter into the purchase agreement under these terms, where we will provide you with:

  • For a single Order, the Products listed at checkout;
  • For a Subscription, Products regularly delivered for ongoing payment.

Your agreement with us is not finalized until we have accepted your payment and you receive our email confirming your order is being processed.

Changes to Your OrderCancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order and will notify you promptly. Any payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your Order up until we confirm it in writing. After confirmation, the order is binding, although standard refund and exchange policies may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a full refund excluding shipping fees for unused and unopened Products returned within 30 days of shipment under our change-of-mind policy. Faulty products may be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit, subject to our confirmation of the fault.
